1. Ownership of Concept and Materials

LS-2025 is a proprietary, original solution developed by Adaptation Living LLC for veteran suicide prevention and crisis response.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement signed by Adaptation Living LLC:

All rights, title, and interest in and to:

  • The LS-2025 concept and overall system design;
  • The structure, logic, and workflows of the LS-2025 device, app, and service model;
  • The terminology, branding, and presentation of LS-2025;
  • All written descriptions, diagrams, mockups, presentations, and related content about LS-2025

are owned exclusively by Adaptation Living LLC and are protected by United States and international laws, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition laws.

No rights are granted to you in LS-2025 or any related intellectual property except as explicitly stated in this notice.

2. No License; Viewing Only

Your access to this website and to any LS-2025 descriptions, visuals, or explanations is limited to viewing for information purposes only.

You are not granted any license, permission, or authorization to:

  • Build a “similar” or “inspired by” solution that mirrors LS-2025’s core logic or structure, including:
    • Linking a dedicated personal device to veteran profiles, crisis logic, and routing rules;
    • Using veteran-specific data, service history, and GPS-based workflows in substantially the same manner as LS-2025;
    • Replicating the LS-2025 ecosystem and stakeholder roles (veterans, volunteers, clinicians, dispatch, etc.) in a substantively similar configuration;
  • Rename, rebrand, or cosmetically alter LS-2025’s concepts in order to present them as your own independent invention;
  • Use any LS-2025 materials as a blueprint, template, or starting point to develop a parallel system, whether for veterans or for any other defined population.

In plain terms: you may not take the LS-2025 idea, change the name and cosmetic details, and launch or propose it as your own or as part of another organization’s solution.

4. No Reverse Engineering or Concept Extraction

You may not:

  • Analyze, deconstruct, or reverse engineer LS-2025 content (including written descriptions, diagrams, user flows, or demos) for the purpose of extracting underlying methods, algorithms, or system structure to build a competing or derivative solution;
  • Use any access to non-public LS-2025 information (for example, through calls, presentations, or shared documents) to guide, inform, or accelerate your own product development, whether directly or indirectly.

Any attempt to observe, study, or test LS-2025 in order to reproduce or approximate its core functionality, structure, or workflows is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality of Non-Public Information

From time to time, Adaptation Living LLC may share non-public or pre-launch information about LS-2025 (for example, detailed specifications, internal diagrams, or unreleased features) with potential partners, evaluators, or collaborators.

Unless otherwise agreed in a signed written contract:

  • All such non-public LS-2025 information is considered confidential and proprietary;
  • You may use that information solely for the limited purpose for which it was provided (for example, internal evaluation for a potential partnership);

6. Trademarks and Branding

“Adaptation Living,” “LS-2025,” and any associated logos, seals, slogans, or distinctive design elements (collectively, the “Marks”) are trademarks or service marks of Adaptation Living LLC, whether or not registered.

You may not, without prior written consent:

  • Use any Mark in connection with any product, service, organization, or campaign;
  • Create or use any mark, logo, or brand that is confusingly similar to our Marks;
  • Use our Marks in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or promotional materials.

All goodwill arising from authorized use of our Marks will inure to the benefit of Adaptation Living LLC.

7. No Use in Grant Proposals, Pitches, or Government Submissions

Unless you have express, written permission from Adaptation Living LLC, you may not:

  • Use LS-2025 concepts, language, diagrams, or system architecture in any grant proposal, SBIR/STTR application, government RFP, or funding submission;
  • Represent LS-2025 or any adapted version of LS-2025 as part of your organization’s intellectual property, roadmap, or portfolio;
  • Claim credit for LS-2025 or any materially similar concept.

Any such use is strictly unauthorized and may constitute misappropriation of trade secrets, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and/or unfair competition.

8. No Use for Training Models or Data Mining

You may not:

  • Use any LS-2025 content, including website text, diagrams, or downloadable assets, as input for training machine learning models or other AI systems for the purpose of reproducing or approximating LS-2025;

  • Recovery of attorneys’ fees and costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

No failure or delay in enforcing any provision of this notice shall be deemed a waiver of any right or remedy.

10. No Professional or Medical Advice; Concept Only
