Recognizing an automated assistant
Adaptive AI offers automated voice and chat assistants. Website chat may include AI-generated responses as well as messages from our team. AI is not a person and can misunderstand requests or produce incorrect answers.
Human help
For human support, email info@adaptationliving.com or call 623-219-1237 and request a team member. Contacting us does not guarantee an immediate live response.
Information you share
Do not enter protected health information, confidential legal materials, passwords, payment-card details, or other sensitive information into AI chat or voice features. Conversation information may be processed by the platform and enabled AI or communications providers. See our privacy notice and service provider information.
Use outputs with care
Verify appointment details, prices, and other important information with the relevant business. AI responses are not individualized legal, medical, financial, or tax advice, and should not be used as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency services.
For businesses deploying Adaptive AI
Identify an assistant as automated AI before a customer engages with it. A suitable opening is: “I'm the Adaptive AI automated assistant for [your business]. I can help with questions and scheduling.” Replace the business name before deployment and provide a human-support route.
Configure this notice in each voice agent greeting and chat interface. A website notice alone does not configure those agents. Obtain any required permissions for calling, messaging, recording, and data processing, and test the greeting and handoff before launch.
