The product and the company
Adaptive AI is the customer-facing AI automation and business-operations platform provided by Adaptation Living LLC in Phoenix, Arizona. Adaptation Living configures and supports the service and is your contact for implementation, billing, and support.
What we build and what we license
We combine licensed third-party platform infrastructure with our configurations, workflows, integrations, and implementation services. The underlying CRM and platform engine are not represented as software independently developed or wholly owned by Adaptation Living. Rights to customer deliverables are specified in each service agreement.
HighLevel LLC supplies underlying platform infrastructure. Its technology may also appear under the LeadConnector name in integrations. These providers are distinct from Adaptation Living LLC. Read our service provider information for the role of each service.
Privacy and security questions
Our privacy notice and terms explain information handling and customer responsibilities. Access, integrations, and data flows depend on your plan and configuration. Before sending sensitive information, contact us to confirm the applicable controls and contractual requirements.
This page does not claim a platform-wide security certification or regulatory compliance status. A provider's certification does not automatically certify an Adaptive AI deployment. Request current supporting documentation for your specific requirements.
AI and human support
AI outputs can be wrong. Automated assistants must be identified as AI, and customers should have a clear way to contact a person. Read our AI-use disclosure before using these features.

The user guide is based on the supplied Adaptive AI user manual. Its articles have not all been verified against a live customer workspace or audited for source permissions. Interface details and availability may vary. We are reviewing provenance and accuracy; publication or an update date does not establish hands-on testing.
