Adaptation Living LLC operates Adaptive AI. The providers below support the platform or this website. Their involvement depends on the feature used and configuration. This is a service-provider overview, not a complete customer-specific DPA or inventory of every downstream processor.
Platform and communications
HighLevel LLC: licensed CRM and platform infrastructure, including contact records, forms, calendars, conversations, and enabled automation features. LeadConnector may appear in supported authentication or integrations. Names and technical endpoints remain intact where required for those services to work. See HighLevel's privacy policy.
Website and payments
Vercel: website hosting, content delivery, and website performance/usage measurement. Requests can include network and device information. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Stripe: payment processing and billing through our checkout links and payment integrations. Information processed depends on the payment flow. See Stripe's privacy policy.
Website analytics and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: traffic, event, and conversion measurement when configured. Meta Pixel: advertising and conversion measurement when configured. Microsoft Clarity: session and interaction analysis when configured. These services may process identifiers and browsing activity; their roles differ from CRM processing. See our privacy notice.
AI, messaging, and connected services
AI-model, phone, SMS, email, calendar, and other integration providers depend on the enabled features and customer choices. We do not claim that every available provider processes every customer's data. Contact us for the provider list, processing locations, and contractual documentation applicable to your deployment before sending regulated or sensitive data.
