- Appointment List: Open the menu for the applicable appointment and select View Consent.
- Contact Activity: Open the contact record and review the appointment activity. Appointments where consent was provided display a consent indicator that can be opened to view additional details.
The stored consent information can include the consent text accepted by the contact and the contact's IP address at the time consent was provided.
How to Enable the Consent Checkbox for a Calendar
Enabling the consent checkbox at the calendar level ensures contacts are presented with your consent request as part of that calendar's booking process. Review the consent language before publishing the change so it accurately reflects how your business intends to use the information being collected.
- 1Log in to your Adaptive AI account.
- 2Go to Calendars from the left navigation menu.
- 3Click Calendar Settings.
- 4Find the calendar where you want to enable the consent checkbox.
- 5Click Edit Calendar for that calendar.
- 6Open Advanced Settings.
- 7Go to Form & Confirmation.
- 8Locate Consent Checkbox.
- 9Toggle on the option to ask contacts to provide consent when booking a meeting.
10.Review and edit the consent message displayed with the checkbox as needed for your business requirements.
11.Click Save Changes in the upper-right corner.
12.The consent checkbox will now be included in the booking experience for that calendar.
