Find records and platform assets from one search window without navigating through each toolbar section.

Adaptive AI Platform Guide

Open Global Search

Select Search in the Adaptive AI toolbar or press Ctrl+K from anywhere in the platform. Global Search opens over your current screen so you can locate a record or asset without losing your place.

  1. 1Select Search in the left toolbar or press Ctrl+K.
  2. 2Enter a contact name, phone number, email address, conversation, opportunity, page, or other identifying term.
  3. 3Review the grouped results and confirm you have selected the correct record or asset.
  4. 4Open the result to continue working, or close Global Search to return to the screen you were using.

What Global Search Can Find

  • Contacts and their identifying information
  • Customer conversations and communication records
  • Opportunities and pipeline records
  • Website, funnel, and page assets
  • Other available platform records included in your user permissions

Search Safely

Opening a search result does not change the record. Review the destination before editing, sending a message, changing an opportunity, or publishing a page. Results may vary by role and permissions.
