Please Note: When a custom field contains the word "score" in its name, the system automatically interprets it as a numeric scoring element. This happens across: Forms, Surveys and Quizzes. This behavior is hardcoded and tied to how we currently identify scoring elements in its implementations.

How It Works
Create New or Open an Existing form:
Go to Sites > Forms > Builder
Drag and Drop: Drag and drop the desired field into the form or survey to place it where you want it.
Dragging fields now provides smoother movement and clearer visual feedback. As you move a field, Adaptive AI shows a subtle shadow around the dragged element, and long forms or surveys automatically scroll when you drag near the top or bottom of the builder. This makes it easier to reposition fields without stopping to scroll manually.
