Step 2 · Proposal
Within 48 hours of the discovery call, you get a written proposal with exact pricing, scope, timeline, and deliverables — tier-matched to what your business actually needs. Nothing inflated to hit a quota.
Step 3 · Build
Signed engagements kick off within 48 hours of the deposit. We configure your Adaptive AI workspace in your brand, wire up your AI voice and chat agents, connect your calendar and payment processor, and load the CRM with your current contacts.
Step 4 · Launch
Two to three weeks from deposit to live. You get a 60-minute walkthrough, a login to everything you own, and full support during the first month at no extra cost while your team learns the platform.
Your proposal defines the features and implementation included in your engagement. AI agents, websites, CRM, workflows, and marketing services vary by plan. Review the plan scope, setup fees, and usage charges with us before signing. Adaptive AI combines licensed infrastructure with our configuration and implementation services.
